Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

You may request order modifications within 1 hour of placement by contacting our customer service. After this window, we cannot guarantee changes as orders enter our processing system.

What are your shipping options?

We offer standard (3-5 business days), express (2-3 business days), and overnight shipping (1 business day) options. Shipping costs vary based on your location and selected method.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs fees which are the responsibility of the customer.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also check your order status by logging into your Caribe Closet account.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

How do I exchange an item?

Please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item. We currently don't offer direct exchanges to ensure you receive your preferred item quickly.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). We provide prepaid return labels for defective items.

Each product page includes detailed size charts with measurements. We recommend comparing your measurements to our charts for the best fit.
